The controversial ballot was called yesterday afternoon as Gillard, who has always considered herself more of a 'Samantha', was referred to by NSW premier Kristina Keneally as having all of the qualities of a 'Miranda'.
"OMG, as if!" a shocked Ms Gillard was heard to reply. Evidently the debate lasted nearly a full hour before Gillard, abruptly switching topics asked the premier "Do you think Carrie will get back with Aiden?"
Keneally was unsure, but acknowledged that he was a far better catch than 'Big', before remarking "isn't it like, totally amazing how it's just like our lives?" "OMG, totally!" the P.M agreed.
When asked for a comment on the impending referendum, opposition leader Tony Abbot said, "This is a moot point and I fail to see what relevance it has in regards to the leadership of this country." "Besides" he added, "The real question that should be asked is; How does a single person believe that anyone would want to even consider being intimate with any of these women? Samantha looks like a three hundred year old lizard... It's beyond me." After being informed of Abbot's outburst, the Prime Minister offered the comment, "OMG, he so would totally go there and he knows it!"

The ballot is expected to be held next month.
